Ever since I can remember, I have enjoyed staying physically active by playing sports and exercising. Early on, this led me to pursue a kinesiology degree, with a minor in health, from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. Following graduation, I established a career in K-12 education for nearly two decades. I also had the privilege of coaching a variety of middle school sports. Even with my educational background and knowledge, I had the “I work out so I can eat and drink whatever I want” mindset, which I adopted for many years. I regularly exercised and felt okay for the most part. My approach seemed to work for me, until it didn’t anymore. Several years back, I began to experience chronic fatigue, excessive hair loss, forgetfulness, and many other symptoms. I discovered I had a thyroid issue and began taking medication. Although the medication helped bring my thyroid levels under control, I still felt “off,” but doctors didn’t seem too concerned. It was at this point that I became determined to feel better and heal. I set out to discover alternative and holistic approaches. I discovered what I eat (1,000%) absolutely affects my well-being! At this point, I became convinced that “how I feel is a direct result of what I put into my body and how I nurture it” because many of my unexplained symptoms went away.
I have since become a certified health and life coach with a primary focus on nutrition. I now have the amazing opportunity to create collaborative partnerships with individuals looking to gain more energy and improve overall well-being! If you’re tired of putting in effort but not seeing results, feel overloaded with nutrition information and not sure which direction is right for you, or know what to do but just aren’t doing it, then I can assist you with personalized support. I am experienced with:
- Dietary analysis and education
- Strategic planning and accountability
- A personalized approach to your health
- Developing healthy habits that last
- Providing compassionate support and encouragement
- Reading and dissecting food labels
- Done-For-You, customized meal planning, with recipes and grocery included
I look forward to meeting you!

I have always been an active and competitive person. Growing up, I competed in the American Quarter Horse Association for 4 years. Through high school and college, I was a member of dance teams, which provided me with experiences competing on a national and local level, as well as being involved in the basketball spirit squad and local community appearances and charity events.
